Ground staff training: It is conducted for 45 days and the candidates are familiarized with duties like GDS (global distribution system), CRS (common reporting standard) and ticketing. In ground staff training, the candidates are also trained according to the needs of different airport profiles, like Airline Ticketing, Reservation Staff, Hospitality Staff, Airport Catering Staff, Airport Cargo Staff, Airport Security Staff, etc.

Cabin Crew Training: For cabin crew, candidates are briefed about the job responsibilities and pre-flight and post-flight duties. Giving safety presentation and indicating emergency, are among the core responsibilities of cabin crew members. The total duration of training is 90 days.

Live stimulator training and practical training in live aircraft
The live stimulator training provided by Alroz Aviation Institute includes cabin emergency evacuation training, ditch drill and raft drill training. The candidates are trained to use first aid and fire extinguishers effectively, under the observation of leading trainers of this industry. The trainers focus on providing a detailed training about the parts of aircraft. They combine human factors with technical skills to provide better understanding to the candidates.
